2024 年 6 月 30 日、Genesys は、Genesys Cloud での従来の共同閲覧 (チャットおよび音声用) および画面共有 (チャットおよび音声用) 機能のサポートを終了します。

Genesys customers using the Legacy Co-browse are encouraged to migrate to the new Co-browse for Messenger, which supports Web Messaging and Voice. Screenshare customers are encouraged to explore Genesys AppFoundry partners for suitable replacement currently available.

All customers who use Legacy Co-browse deployments or Screenshare via Widget v1.0 are affected.
