Audio recording
Assuming default OPUS stereo codec (~3kb/sec) is used. OPUS stereo codec is recommended since it provides superior value in audio quality for its storage density.
Screen recording
Genesys Cloud screen recording maintains the original screen quality. This calculation assumes a quality of ~20kb/sec.
Screen recordings can be kept for up to 12 months
Digital interactions
Digital interactions include email, chat and messaging channels that are recorded and stored in Genesys Cloud. This calculation assumes an average digital interaction size of 140 Kb.
