In a future release, Genesys Cloud will implement a technology update for the administration of the Admin/Contact Center/ACD Skills and Languages page. This update enhances the user experience without impacting the functionality. Changes include updated icons for improved visual alignment and more detailed explanations for buttons to facilitate easier onboarding. Notably, there will be no impact on the agent-facing views.
