前提条件：  
  • ディレクトリ > 組織 > 管理者 許可

  1. 管理をクリックします。
  2. アカウント設定で、組織設定をクリックします。
  3. クリック 設定 タブ。
  4. セキュリティ＆コンプライアンス で、 ボイスメール通知のトグルスイッチをオンまたはオフにします：
    • ON - 組織全体のボイスメールに対する電子メール通知を有効にします。 Genesys Cloudは、ボイスメールを受信すると、ユーザーにメールを送信します。 
    • OFF — Disables email notifications for voicemail across the organization. Users can still view and listen to their voicemails in their voicemail box in Genesys Cloud.  
  5. (オプション）Allow PII in Email Notifications およびVoicemail Transcription の設定を有効または無効にする。 
  6. 保存するをクリックします。
