Add a note to a voicemail

Prerequisites
  • Voicemail > Voicemail > Receive permission
  1. In your voicemail box, open a voicemail.
  2. To add a note for the voicemail, click Edit.
  3. In the field, type your note, and click Save.
    Notes:
    • When you delete a voicemail, you also delete any notes for the voicemail.
    • Notes remain with the voicemail as long as the voicemail exists.
    • If you forward a voicemail, the note goes with it.
    • Your organization’s retention policy affects the longevity of the voicemail and its notes.
