前提条件:
  • テレフォニー > プラグイン > すべて 許可
 メモ：   管理者は、組織の作成時にこれらの設定を構成しました。 短い名前または組織 ID は変更できません。
  1. 管理をクリックします。
  2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.

    The Organization Details panel lists the following information about your organization:

    組織の詳細 説明
    Company Name

    組織の完全な名前を指定します。 会社名を編集して、ログイン画面、ブラウザー タブ、各ユーザーのミニカードに表示される組織名を変更します。 This edit does not change the organization name displayed as part of the Login process if you have multiple organizations.
    短縮名 組織の短い名前を指定します。 この名前を使用して組織にログインします。 ショートネームは編集できません。
    Advanced > Organization ID

    各組織に固有の ID 番号を指定します。 A Genesys Cloud Support representative might ask for this number when troubleshooting an issue.
  3. 保存するをクリックします。
